COLIN HARVEY

Chief Executive Officer

Details
Colin was appointed as the Chief Executive Officer of 7-Eleven Malaysia on 13 of August 2018.

Prior to his appointment as CEO of 7-Eleven he held the position of independent director of Pharmacity JSC. a Retail Pharmacy leader in Ho Chi Minh City Vietnam. Colin has considerable retail experience in Malaysia and Indonesia where he has spent the last 13 years, in various senior roles.

Colin holds a Bachelor of Commerce Degree from the University of South Africa and an MBA from Stirling University in the UK.
Colin was appointed as the Chief Executive Officer of 7-Eleven Malaysia on 13 of August 2018.

TAN U-MING

Executive Director

Details
Appointed as Director of 7-Eleven Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. in September 2008 and promoted to Executive Director in January 2011.

Responsible for overseeing construction, procurement, real estate as well as e-commerce functions of the Company.

Currently an Executive Director of Sports Toto Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. and a Director of MOL Global Sdn. Bhd. and sits on the boards of several other private companies.

He studied in Irvine Valley College, California, USA. Attended the franchisee and in-store training courses with 7-Eleven, Inc (USA) in North America and has completed Phase 1 of Field Consultant Certification Training in Dallas, Texas.

WONG WAI KEONG

Chief Financial Officer

Details
Mr. Wong Wai Keong was appointed as Chief Financial Officer of the Company on 12 March 2018. He is an experienced financial professional and has over 20 years of working experience in multinational corporations (MNCs) and local environment across the region overseeing finance, accounting, information technology/enterprise resource planning (ERP) and business management. He has worked in various industries including healthcare, multi-level marketing, Enterprise Application services, manufacturing, agriculture and the Fast Moving Consumer Goods industry (FMCG).

He is a member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountant (CIMA), the Malaysian Institute of Accountants (MIA) and the Chartered Global Management Accountants (CGMA).

Prior to joining 7-Eleven Malaysia Holdings Berhad, Wai Keong was the Group Finance Director of SyAqua Group Inc. overseeing the Asian markets and Florida, USA where he was involved in the organization expansion and was instrumental in transforming the group into an integrated functional business.

Prior to joining the company, he was attached with the Dairy Farm group in commercial real estate-related roles, where his most recent role was as the Head of Property & Projects for Guardian Malaysia and Brunei. Here, he was instrumental in achieving sustainable store growth, and implementing standard construction designs and rationalization in a regional re-branding exercise.

He holds an honor's Degree in Estate Management from Universiti Malaya, Kuala Lumpur.

He is a member of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants, Malaysian Institute of Certified Public Accountants, and Institute of Internal Auditors Malaysia.

Responsible for overall maintenance and repair of all our stores in Malaysia. Prior to this appointment, Sam was attached to CBRE Inc (formerly known as Johnson Controls Inc) as a Regional Business Director managing the maintenance program for retail fuel stations for ExxonMobil in Asia.

Sam comes with more than 10 years' experience in areas such as maintenance and repair, project management, contact compliance, procurement, controls and SSH&E stewardship. He carries a Bachelor's Degree in Economics from University Utara Malaysia (UUM) and has a Six Sigma Black Belt from General Electric (GE) Corporation.

Dr. Mani comes with 25 years of Human Resources experience, with more than 10 years in Senior Management/ Executive roles over multiple MNCs across industries such as hospitality, services and education. His areas of expertise include human resources paradigm shift, Kaizen and automation.

He is a certified professional personal development coach, and has earned his professional coaching certificate from NewVentureWest, San Francisco, California. He holds a doctorate degree specialising in the field of Employee Value Proposition (EVP), flexible benefits and work-life balance; a Master in Management Science (HR) and a Bachelor of Economics, both from Universiti Utara Malaysia (UUM).

Prior to this, Dr. Mani led the HR department as Director of Human Resources at Phillips Lumileds, Malaysia and championed many employee engagement initiatives/transition change management to support the culture development initiatives of the organization.

Kennady will be heading our Sales & Operations team. He comes with very extensive background in the retail industry.Highlights of his career includes his role in Savola Group Saudi Arabia, where he was in charge of 3 Panda Hypermarket chains in Al-Qassin.

He went on to take the challenge with Courts Papua New Guinea, where he oversaw the operations of 6 stores.In Mydin, he launched 15 stores for the company and was in charge of purchasing, licensing, training, and the entire budgeting of each stores till their opening.

In Lulu Group, he led the start-up business from ground zero in Malaysia,
setting up the new processes, business strategy and localizing the needs to the local market.
