7-Eleven Malaysia welcomes any company that has interest in becoming a vendor to our expanding network. All you have to do is to use our Vendor Proposal Guide below. The information below will be forwarded to our Merchandising Department and they will review and assess your product fit with our business model. Our commitment is to respond within 30 days upon receipt of all the completed information.

  1. Please follow the proposal guide.
  2. Please complete the form for 'Application to be 7-Eleven's Panel of Vendors' and submit it together with the product sample and product details.
  3. Assemble your product sample or samples. Please provide a sample for each product and attach with completed product details as follows:
    • Product name (the complete range)
    • Product description
    • Product cost price
    • Product retail price
    • The actual Universal Product Code (UPC) / Barcode
    • Product size (carton and inner box quantity)
    • Product display unit (if applicable)
    • Halal certificate or other certificate (if required or relevant)
    • Lead time to delivery
  1. Gratuitous or irrelevant products will not be entertained. 7-Eleven conducts its business professionally and adheres to a strict Ethics and Code of Business practice.
  2. Mail or drop off your Vendor Proposal with the relevant samples to:-

  3. Upon completion of your product review and their overall fit within 7-Eleven, you will be required to enter into a Trade Agreement with 7-Eleven detailing amongst other things liability issues, trading terms, promotional details, penalties, invoicing and payment details.
