Sistem Latihan Dual Nasional (SLDN) Program
For SPM school-leavers, our unique Sistem Latihan Dual Nasional (SLDN) program is one of the recognized programs by the the Department of Skill Development (DSD) under the authority of the Ministry of Human Resources where participants are able to gain the Malaysian Skills Certificate while working in 7-Eleven Malaysia.
Launched in June 2011, SLDN program allows each apprentice to enjoy benefits provided by 7-Eleven Malaysia such as free registration, monthly remuneration, EPF and SOCSO contribution, annual bonus upon performance, health and insurance coverage, annual leaves and most crucially, equal opportunity to rise up the organizational ladder through skill level and achievements.
SLDN program recruitment intake is open every May, September and November.
